About This Service
We assist with Learning Licence applications through the Parivahan / Sarathi portal. This is the first step to getting your Driving Licence. We help fill the application form, upload documents, pay the fee, and book your LL test slot at the RTO.\n\nAfter getting your LL, you must wait the prescribed period before applying for a permanent Driving Licence.

- Passport-size photographs
- Medical certificate (for certain vehicle categories)
